Check in/Out Times - Check in after 2pm, checkout by 10am
Cancellation Policy - full refund up to 14 days prior. From 14 days prior - no refund - but alternative dates can be selected when available.
We accept that accidental damage occurs from time to time and we do not expect any reimbursement for minor breakages to glasses, plates etc. However, any damage to the property, be it wilful or accidental, guests will be required to pay $500 to cover the excess on our insurance.
Conditions of Use
Please do not exceed maximum guest numbers listed for Cypress or Redwood Studios at Mintaro Cottage or the booking may be cancelled without refund. Any booking changes or cancellations can be made by contacting Mintaro Cottage directly via stay@mintarocottage.com.au
Use of an additional bedroom/bathroom without our previous consent will result in an additional charge for the listed room rate at that time being billed to your credit card.
Rates & Minimum Stay Length
Redwood Studio:
$220 - $350 per night (minimum 2-night stay midweek) for 2 guests
Cypress Studio:
$280 - $400 per night (minimum 2-night stay midweek) for 2 guests
$440 - $580 per night (minimum 2-night stay midweek) for 3-4 guests
Minimum stay 3 nights over weekends and 5-nights during peak periods
